‘About to crash’, an acrylic painting on canvas 40cm x 70cm depicts the moment where the wave is about to crash on the shore. The difference of tones in the artwork is done on purpose, to intensify the depth of the image. Some areas are tamed down by blurry and smooth brushstrokes while others are detailed and show every single flutter of wave.
